Question 1 : Spiderman or Superman?
Without a shadow of a doubt Spiderman. I find the idea of an Alien coming to Earth and happening to look just like a human rather far-fetched. And also his disguise was rubbish. As a master of disguise myself, I know that merely combing your hair to one side and donning a pair of spectacles won't fool everyone. Spiderman uses a mask which is a much better way of hiding your identity. And getting bitten by spiders happens all the time. An old adventuring pal of mine, Lord Cringely, got bitten by a Sumatran Tarantula. Size of a dog, it was. The wound went septic and he had to have his leg amputated.
Question 2 : Doctor Who or Downtown?
I don't get to watch much television as it hasn't been invented yet.
Question 3 : Fish & Chips or Pizza?
Definitely fish and chips. I had them last night. The perfect blend of stodge and grease. I'm not sure I even know what a pizza is.
Question 4 : Summer or Winter?
As a famous explorator I'm rather adaptable and used to dealing with extremes in climate. But I don't like it when it gets too hot. Or too cold. But at least when it's cold you can wrap up in sealskin pants though. If I had to choose it would be Autumn. A season of melancholy and wistfullness.
Question 5 : Constable or Turner?
I find Turner's painting a bit too evocative for my liking. Stirs up all sorts of passions that I'd rather leave unstirred, thank you very much. So I'll say Constable. You can hang one of his paintings over a mantlepiece and barely notice it.
